Life has a way of throwing unexpected curveballs our way. After careful consideration, we’ve decided to cancel the Future World of Work Summit that was scheduled for March 28th, 2024, and pivot to creating more intimate opportunities for folks who are proactively building people-centered workplaces. Nonetheless, the spirit of the event lives on so stay tuned for how we will be partnering with leaders to future-proof their organization! 

We want you to know that this decision wasn't easy, and it came after careful consideration of various factors, but it also sparked a remarkable journey of resilience and creativity within our team in the silicon valley tradition of failing fast and learning quickly.  We see this as a chance to dig deep, to innovate, and to connect with you, our new and expanding community.

Caravann is a young (having just celebrated our 1 year anniversary) and scrappy BIPOC-owned consulting collective that was putting on an event of this type for the first time and we truly appreciate everyone who jumped in enthusiastically.

We are incredibly proud of how our team pulled together, with a ton of persistent resourcefulness, to work every angle to help make this event a success.  We learned a tremendous amount in the process, drawing from Amy Edmondson’s work on intelligent failure, and we built relationships and started a conversation that we will absolutely continue!

Through this experience, we feel even more conviction about our beliefs:

• We believe that a much better workplace is not only possible but that it is absolutely essential!

• We believe that a new era of people-centered workplaces will arise if we dream big, think big, and put those ideas into action.

• We believe that it’s time to stop talking about the future of work and just make it happen.

This is why we’ve built a Future of Work Framework that has a clear vision for how workplaces can implement a future that works for all… the people and the business.  Our framework includes not only key elements for implementing a more successful and people-centered workplace, but it also offers tangible tools for organizations that are struggling with competing visions for return to office.

So stay tuned as we unveil our Future of Work Framework and partner with organizations who are proactively designing their workplace to leap-frog competition.
